COVID-19 new procedure
Hello dear customers,
In order to ensure the supply of our customers, Bestcost Électronique will remain open during normal business hours during the shutdown period ordered by the Government of Quebec due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are considered essential service.
However, we must observe the following containment restrictions:
-Our offices will be inaccessible to the public.
- Cash payments will be temporarily excluded.
-Except, all your orders must be shipped by carrier.

Our business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. and Sunday CLOSE, but let's answer the phone and the website has been running 24/24 for 17 years now. Thank you for buying LOCAL and BEING ECO-RESPONSIBLE.
All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the day of the order and delivery to Quebec is generally 1 for large cities and 2 days for areas further from Montreal,

Create your account first and if you have already visited the store in the past and it is we who have created your account. You can place your order online and we will ship it to you. Or if you want, you can place your order online by choosing picked up in store and we will send you an invoice via email for an interac payment or credit card according to your choice. Then you can pick up your store without entering the store. At the door, we mention your name and invoice number and we will drop you the product outside the store entrance. No customers will be allowed inside and all transactions must be paid for before coming to the store. And we only need one customer at a time outside the exterior door of our business.
