Most of our customers receive their delivery normally for the moment, but there are starting to be delays of 1 day in some areas. If you want your delivery to be left only at the post office counter, it is important to notify us, because your package will be delivered and left at your delivery address, if you do not have a courier or requested delivery with validation of age.

If possible, start your holiday shopping earlier this year to avoid network congestion like last spring, when delivery times skyrocketed.
Canada Post says it is implementing various measures to minimize the impact of the increase in online orders. The management plans to hire 4,000 temporary seasonal employees and add 1,000 vehicles to its fleet across the country.
Canada Post also wants to add parcel pickup locations in certain Canadian locations as well as extend the opening hours of its post offices.
"Given the expected volumes, adding the usual hike in holiday packages risks overloading the network and causing serious delays," the state-owned company warned.
