Important message: New Covid-19 procedure

Dear clients,
In order to ensure the supply of our customers, Bestcost Électronique will remain partially open during the break period ordered by the Government of Quebec due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are considered an essential service. But mainly online only.
However, we must observe the following restrictions:
-Our store is inaccessible to the public. No customer can enter.
-To place an order you must first create your account via new customer. For large items, contact us to know the cost of transport at 514 865-6220, we will make several deliveries with the Bestcost truck in the Montreal area and all the others with Canada post or other carriers.
-Cash payments are temporarily excluded.
-Ideally all your orders should be shipped by carrier. Orders placed before 3:30 PM will be shipped the same day.
-It is now possible to pick up your order at the outside entrance of the store.
To do this, you must place your order online by choosing the option: "pick up in store". We will send you an invoice via email for Interac payment by email or credit card depending on your choice. Look at your junk mailbox if you do not receive our email with invoice and payment information.
-Only one person is allowed in front of the store, please wait 2 meters away or in your car if there is already a customer waiting outside.
Please contact us by email or at 514-865-6220, to ask us for advice on a product you wish to purchase.
At the door we mention your name and invoice number. We will drop off the product outside the store entrance.
Our business hours are:
Monday to Friday 9:30 am-5:30pm.
Saturday 10:00 am-5:00pm
Sunday 12h00-16h00
For repairs:
-Please make an appointment and explain the problem to 514 865-6220. Communications will be by telephone only.
-Only one person can drop off the computer or electronic product to be repaired at the entrance on a trolley provided for this purpose.
For IT support:
-Contact us by phone during our business hours 514 865-6220 or by e-mail via "contact us".
