The security and privacy of our customers' credit card information is protected by our credit card transaction partner Paypal.

During transactions on our Bestcost.ca website, our customers will be transferred to the secure Paypal server. They will be asked to fill out a form to complete their transaction, with their credit card information. This information will be validated directly by the client's bank, in a secure manner existing on the market, thanks to 128-bit SSL encryption technology.

Owing to this technology and methodology, only our partner's secure server will have knowledge of the customer's credit card information. BESTCOST ÉLECTRONIQUE INC. will never have access to them, which ensures a much higher level of security and confidentiality than a purchase in store or by telephone, where intermediaries can have access to your information.

How can I update my information?

Using the username and password you chose when registering, you have access to a form for modifying your contact details. You can also send us a written request by post or email specifying to contact you in order to make changes to your customer file.
