Far infrared heating cooks the outside of food efficiently, where as the near infrared heating penetrates and cooks the inside. The result is more evenly cooked food locked in with moisture in a fraction of the time! 6 pre-programmed menu choices make cooking very easy. Digital temperature setting is indicated in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
