Pick-up your products in person and pay at the store
The pick-up place is : Bestcost Electronique Inc. 1263 Boul. Jolibourg suite 107, Ste-Dorothée, Qc, H7Y 1Z8.
If you have selected the pick-up option to come in person, you must either get an email confirmation before pick-up int store. by e-mail (contact us), or you can call us at 514-865-6220.
You must select the pick-up option in your order and cash money in the payment option to pay at the store.
Delivery in Canada
The exact shipping cost will be clearly indicated on your order (before it is necessary to give your credit card number). For information, the shipping cost normally vary between $3.00 and $90.00 depending upon destination and the items you have selected. We use the e-commerce services of Canada Post. For delivery in Canada, 3 services are offered at the customer's choice: Expedited parcel, Xpresspost and Priority Courier (only certain cities). We also offer Purolator and Canpar if you so desire. However these choices are still not available directly on our Web site. You must request an estimate by contacting us(please indicate your province and postal code)
Delivery outside of Canada
For all shipping outside of Canada, you can choose from the following services (depending on destination): Small packets (surface or air), Expedited parcel (surface or air), Xpresspost USA, or Purolator International (on request). We also offer other transporters, however these choices are not yet available directly from our Web site. You must request an estimate by contacting us (please indicate your country and postal code). Shipping dates outside Canada are approximate and do not take into account possible delays due to Customs' formalities
A shipping tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail soon after you complete your order. This applies to most shipping options. All orders of $100.00 and more are insured. We usually treat orders within 24 to 48 hours. In case we do not have the product in our inventory, you will need to make a special order and we will send you a bill on your BESTCOST account along with a reminder by e-mail as soon as we have received the ordered product. We may experience temporarily back-orders. If this is the case, we will advise you.
BESTCOST does its best to ensure that the shipping dates are maintained. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due Canada Post or to Customs' formalities.
If you wish to know the shipping costs up to your place, add your selected products in the shopping cart and go through Check-out until you get the shipping costs from Canada Post (Step 3) Please do not go past Step 3 if you don't want to complete your order.
Order cancellation, exchange or refund
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, it is imperative to advise us as soon as possible by contacting us on our Web site or by dialing 514-865-6220. AlL APPLE PRODUCTS not refundable or exchangable. We will verify the status of your order and we will try to make the necessary changes.
We spare no effort to ship the products as soon as possible and it is possible that your order has already been shipped by the time you call. In that case, please refer to the RETURN section if you wish to return a product. BESTCOST reserves the right to cancel an order if there is a litigation case with the payment of a previous order.
If you are not satisfied with a product bought from BESTCOST, for any reason, you have the possibility to return it to us within 3 days following reception of the product. AlL APPLE PRODUCTS not refundable or exchangable. You must first inform us by e-mail (contact us) of your desire to return the product. We will then give you a return number. The product must be returned in its original packing and in the same condition as when we sold it to you, including the original bill, the return number as well as a short explanation note. The explanation note will allow us to continue to improve our products and services. Any product, not in compliance with the conditions mentioned above, will not be reimbursed.
Please note that any reimbursable product will be refunded within 7 days after the reception of the product in our office (excluding shipping costs). You must also assume the return shipping costs. However, in case we made an error, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
The BESTCOST company does not offer official discount for large orders. However, we reserve the right to grant one or not, depending on the nature of the transaction. Accordingly, please contact us for an order of many products worth more than $5000.00. The nature of your purchase, the potential for repeated orders and the possibilities of partnership will all be evaluated in order to offer you a competitive price.
The Federal tax of 5% will be added to the total order for any purchase shipped in Canada (HST of 15% for the Maritime provinces). In addition, the provincial tax of 9.5% will also be added to the total order for all purchases shipped in the province of Quebec. The provincial tax does not apply to books. No tax will be added for any purchase delivered outside Canada. However, importation costs may be charged upon delivery. These costs vary in accordance with the country from which the order was made and the consumer must investigate with the competent authorities in his country.
